Mr. Dashdavaa, Director General of the Independent Authority Against Corruption of Mongolia met with Mr. Daniel Eriksson, Executive Director of Transparency International, in Berlin, on October 7, 2021. The meeting was attended with members of the working group to improve the Corruption Perceptions Index of Mongolia established by the Prime Minister, headed by Mr. Nyam-Ochir, First Deputy Director of the National Police Agency, as well as, Ilham Mohammed, Asia Regional Consultant, and Roberto Kukuchka, a researcher.
Mr. Dashdavaa introduced the Anti-Corruption policies and measures taken by the IAAC and the Government of Mongolia during the meeting which Mr. Daniel Eriksson, praised the work of the IAAC and the government's efforts to improve Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index, and emphasizes the importance of the commitment of all government agencies.
The delegates agreed to further exchange information and cooperate in the fight against corruption.
