To collect declarations of conflict of personal interests and income and assets of public officials and preliminary declaration of personal interests, conduct inspection on the basis of received complaints and reports from civilians and business entities, define suitable organization and management, type of inspection, methodology and provide implementation of the regulation of public and personal interests in public service and prevention of conflict of interest and the Anti-corruption legislation.
