IAAC HAD EXAMINED THE PRELIMINARY PRIVATE INTEREST DECLARATION OF 153 NOMINEES FOR PUBLIC OFFICE

From November 2 to 6, 2020, IAAC has examined the preliminary private interest declaration of 137 nominees for public office.

Last week, 172 preliminary declarations were received and a total of 441 preliminary declarations were examined. There are 304 preliminary declarations currently under examination.

 A nominee to be appointed as a state inspector of a branch of the State Inspection Agency, does not meet the special requirements set forth in the job description and his/her related person carries out similar activities. IAAC has submitted an official letter stating the nominee have “conflict of interest” in accordance with Article 3.1.3 of the Public and Private interests and Prevention of Conflict of interests in public service law.
