From November 2 to 6, 2020, the Investigation Department of the IAAC received 27 criminal complaints, information and investigated a total of 78 complaints. Of these, 5 criminal cases were opened, 18 complaints and information were referred to prosecutors with a proposal to refuse to open criminal case, one complaint and information was referred to a prosecutor with a proposal to transfer jurisdiction, and 54 criminal complaints are currently being investigated.
Of the 469 criminal cases investigated last week 12 were referred to the prosecutor with a proposal to refuse to open a criminal case, and one was consolidated. There are currently 456 criminal cases under investigation.
