From October 26 to 30, 2020, the Investigation department of the IAAC received 26 criminal complaints, information and investigated a total of 81 complaints, information. Of these, 15 criminal cases were opened, 14 complaints, information were referred to prosecutors with a proposal to refuse to open criminal case, one complaint was referred to a prosecutor with a proposal to transfer jurisdiction, and 51 complaints are currently being investigated.
Of the 489 criminal cases investigated last week, 12 were referred to the court, 19 were referred to the prosecutor with a proposal to refuse to open a criminal case, one was transferred to a relevant jurisdiction, and two were consolidated. There are currently 455 criminal cases under investigation.
