During the heightened corruption risks in procurement activities caused by the pandemic, IAAC issued the following recommendation to the Ministry of Finance:
- Ensure transparent recording and reporting of donations given by the international organizations and provide single channel for presenting the spending of such funds;
- Ensure adherence of provision on prohibition of donation and make sure that donation are received by a single channel
- Manage workload of policemen, physicians alike and allow professional institutions such Ministry of Finance and/or Procurement agencies to procure the medical products instead of hospitals and so on.
