According to the Article 10 and 11 if the Anti-Corruption Law, candidates of the parliamentary election are obliged to submit their asset and income declaration to IAAC.
IAAC is working collaboratively with the General Election Committee on adopting a form for receiving and recording the asset and income declaration electronically through the website: https://meduuleg.iaac.mn/ . The latter of which is responsible for collecting the declarations from the candidates and conveying to IAAC within the specified timeline, guaranteeing the candidates entitlement to declare their asset and income on e-platform in the process.
IAAC also issued recommendations and a manual to coalitions, political parties and individual candidates on the entire process of declaring asset and income declaration as a runner to the parliamentary election.
