On November 11, 2021, Mr. Oyun-Erdene, Prime Minister of Mongolia, submitted a draft law on the legal status of the whistleblower to Mr. Zandanshatar, Chairman of the Parliament. The purpose of this law is to support, protect and encourage whistleblowers who report in the public interest, and to prevent any actions that could worsen their legal status.

The Government of Mongolia is working to reduce the number of business licenses to under 400.

The digitalization of the health sector is in full swing. In the face of the pandemic, there is an urgent need to digitalize health care services. Within 2021, the government is working to organize the digitalization of traditional services and is in process of developing six programs to implement in the health sector.
