From November 9 to 12, 2020, IAAC has inspected private interest, income and assets declaration of 41 officials and resolved 26 official’s declaration in accordance with planned inspection.
There are 15 official’s personal interest, assets and income declarations currently under examination.
From November 9 to 20, 2020, the Investigation department of the IAAC has received 24 criminal complaints, information and investigated a total of 78 complaints. Of these, 20 criminal cases were opened, 29 complaints and information were referred to prosecutors with a proposal to refuse to open criminal case, one complaint was referred to a prosecutor with a proposal to transfer jurisdiction, and 28 criminal complaints are currently being investigated.
Of the 498 criminal cases investigated last week, 17 were referred to the court, 28 were referred to the prosecutor with a proposal to refuse to open a criminal case, one was transferred to a jurisdiction, and one was consolidated. There are currently 451 criminal cases under investigation.
From November 16 to 20, 2020, IAAC has examined the preliminary private interest declaration of 135 nominees for public office.
Last week, 112 preliminary declarations were received and a total of 417 preliminary declarations were examined. There are 282 preliminary declarations currently under examination.
With the transition to the state of public readiness and compliance with recommendations, infection control regime from Ministry of Health and State special commission, IAAC is sending the examination report of preliminary declarations through e-mail address to the relevant authority.
IAAC had organized an online discussion on Government services transferred to Non-Governmental organizations.
