Дэлхийн хөлбөмбөгийн удирдах байгууллага болох Олон улсын хөлбөмбөгийн холбоо нь авлигын схемийн хохирлын төлбөрт 201 сая ам.долларын нөхөн олговор авах болно гэж АНУ-ын Хууль зүйн яамнаас мягмар гарагт мэдээлэв.
Энэхүү нөхөн төлбөрийг уг схемд оролцсон хуучин албан тушаалтнуудын банкны данснаас хураан авчээ. Хууль зүйн яамнаас тус авлигын хэргийг 2015 онд шалгаж эхэлснээс хойш 50 гаруй этгээд ял сонсоод байгаа юм. Мөн 27 хүн, 4 аж ахуйн нэгж байгууллага гэм буруугаа хүлээсэн байна.

Авлигатай тэмцэх газрын Мөрдөн шалгах хэлтэс 2021 оны 8 дугаар сарын 30-наас 9 дүгээр сарын 3-ны өдрүүдэд гэмт хэргийн шинжтэй 28 гомдол, мэдээлэл хүлээн авч, нийт 87 гомдол, мэдээллийг шалгав. Үүнээс 12 гомдол, мэдээлэлд хэрэг бүртгэлтийн хэрэг нээж, 18 гомдол, мэдээлэлд хэрэг бүртгэлтийн хэрэг нээхээс татгалзах саналтайгаар прокурорт шилжүүлсэн бөгөөд одоогоор 56 гомдол, мэдээллийг хянан шалгаж байна.
Авлигатай тэмцэх газрын Хяналт шалгалт, дүн шинжилгээний хэлтэс нь 2021 оны 6 дугаар сарын 14-18-ны өдрүүдэд нийтийн албанд томилогдохоор нэр дэвшсэн 227 иргэний хувийн ашиг сонирхлын урьдчилсан мэдүүлгийг хүлээн авч, 169 мэдүүлгийг хянан шийдвэрлэлээ. Одоогоор ажиллагаанд 58 нэр дэвшигчийн урьдчилсан мэдүүлэг хянагдаж байна.
According to the Law on Parliamentary Elections of Mongolia, a candidate must declare his/her assets and income to IAAC and the declarations must be published on IAAC’s website https://meduuleg.iaac.mn/.
A total of 606 candidates who received their candidate ID cards from the General Election Commission (GEC) have submitted their assets and income declarations to the IAAC website http://www.xacxom.iaac.mn designated for declarations.
This process enables public scrutiny and participation.
The Inspection and Analysis Department of the IAAC investigated 63 complaints and information related to corruption and conflict of interest of public officials submitted by citizens, business entities and organizations on May 25-29, 2020.
Last week, 25 complaints and information were reviewed, of which 1 was found to be in conflict of interest while 9 were found not to be in conflict of interest. In addition, 13 complaints were transferred tp another department and 1 complaint was responded to. Currently, 38 complaints are being verifiied.
1. The project aims to create national content and develop materials to support children and young people in developing honest behavior, ethics and good social relations practices through national role models as part of their educational activities;
2. Based on research, identify and reflect the innovative, national culture, traditions and features of Mongolian economy, and use international experience and methodology;
3. The project implementation period, stages and results should be clearly stated;
4. Consideration of project management and implementation, having a consulting team, team experience and skills;
5. Experience and skills of the project implementation team and team members should be calculated in accordance with the project stage and results;
6. The results of the project and the resulting product should be defined in terms of shape, size and impact;
7. During the implementation of the project, each stage of the project should include proposals and plans for organizing media marketing consulting services for the public;
8. It is an advantage if the project implementer is a local business entity.

We spoke with Kh. Oyunbaatar, Senior Commissioner and Senior Commissioner of the Prevention and Education Division of the Anti-Corruption Agency, about justice, values and children's justice.
- Explain the concepts of justice and fairness. People use it in their daily conversations, but they don't pay much attention to its essence.
- It is difficult to answer in one sentence. How controversial the topic is today. Let's start with the ancient Greeks. In ancient Greek mythology, Dike was the name of a god who represented justice, morality, and justice. In fact, the ancient Greeks saw justice as moral and legal. Socrates justice means strict adherence to fair and wise laws. It is said that if the law is not wise and unjust, justice itself will be meaningless. Personally, I think that justice can be understood as a rule that determines the basis of the existence of any social system.
From June 2-4, 2020, the Investigation Department of IAAC received 9 complaints and investigated a total of 75 complaints. 3 complaints were investigated and 15 complaints were referred to prosecutors with a proposal to refuse to open an inquiry case. Currently, 57 complaints and information are being investigated.
Of the 476 criminal cases investigated last week, five have been referred to court, two to prosecutors with closed motions, and two cases are integrated. Currently, 467 cases are under investigation.
