ANTI-CORRUPTION TRAINING AND CONSULTATIVE MEETING WAS HELD FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY
On September 23 and 25 2020, a training course and meeting were held 2 times for representatives of professional studios, productions, and agencies operating in the sector of journalism and marketing. A main goal of the events was to encourage participation of the creative industry in improving awareness of the social danger of corruption, instilling and zero tolerance against corruption among the youth of the country.
During the training course, IAAC employees introduced concepts and harms of corruption, and results of public awareness campaigns. In addition, information on the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Program, the Corruption Perception Index Survey, the results and causes of the Integrity Assessment were given to the participants.
Providing awareness and knowledge of corruption to social media influencers, social media developers and marketing strategists is crucial to include anti-corruption ideas in their activities and disseminate accurate information to the public.
Moreover, the participants exchanged opinions on how to effectively organize anti-corruption awareness campaigns to the public.
More than 40 young people from 15 organizations participated in this training and meeting, including MNAgency, Viral, Orgilmedia, Global Event, EMOZ agency, IDlabAgency, Boomerang Mongolia, iLAB Production, IMGroup/, Shogun Art Studio and marketing@im-group.mn.
